Privacy and Data Handling (Overview)

What you can verify as product behavior

  • Research targets public web pages only, with a bounded crawl. No private databases are used.
  • The product information and files you provide are processed to deliver the product’s functions (product profile drafting, research, generation).
  • Explicit product-user choices and quality feedback are stored with the exact content version, model, and prompt version for issue analysis. When enabled in Settings, they may also be used to evaluate, improve, or train UseCaseify-specific models. The setting can be changed at any time. Disabling it excludes existing records that have not yet been exported for training, as well as future records.
  • Account and payment data, plus validation respondents’ contact details and answers, are not training data. Private data is not provided to train a third party’s general-purpose AI model.
  • Validation respondents answer anonymously, without an account, and consent is obtained and recorded explicitly. Leaving contact details is optional, and contact data is managed separately from answers.
  • Share links for reports and validation pages can be revoked at any time.

Current service categories

The deployed product currently uses OpenAI API for AI generation and evaluation, Serper for web search, MinerU for document parsing when configured, Supabase for authentication and data storage, Stripe for payments, and Google Analytics for aggregate usage analytics. Only data needed for the relevant operation is sent. Vendor details and any later changes are governed by the Privacy Policy, not this summary.
